I researched and researched this purchase. Read and reread all the reviews everywhere. This is the most beautiful and well made set I have ever owned. If you are not sure and think you might need to get a bigger size, well don't. We have a queen size bed and I went by one of the reviews that said it is a true to size for a queen. Very true! There is plenty overhang for a queen size bed, so don't go bigger. The design is gorgeous! Sea shells on a light tan background which looks like sand. It is bright and cheery and super warm. On warm nights, just use your sheet, but if you get chilled, reach up and pull up the super soft and warm, cuddly comforter. I can't say enough good things about this set. Even my kind of picky boyfriend fell in love with it the first night. It felt like it belonged with us the first night. I was worried it wouldn't be soft enough as he prefers only high thread count items. Nope, not a problem. Soft as a cloud. I didn't use the bed skirt as I already have a dark blue one on the bed, so I will save it. The three throw pillows are so nice and I love them.. They are very well made as well. No fishing line stitching here!
